Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is our product — and our obligation

Oxvelo LLC is committed to making its websites accessible to everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all oxvelo properties: oxvelo.com, scan.oxvelo.com, and reports.oxvelo.com.

How we hold ourselves to it

We grade our own sites with the same published, versioned rubric we apply to everyone else (Rubric v1), and our pages carry the same Compliance Badge we issue to clients — every oxvelo page is expected to score Platinum on our own scanner, and you can re-check any of them at scan.oxvelo.com at any time. Our sites are monitored continuously by the oxvelo Compliance Watcher, the same service we sell.

Measures we take

Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and heading structure, text alternatives for images, labeled controls, keyboard-operable interfaces, visible focus, sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes, motion that respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting, and content available in twelve languages with correct language declarations and right-to-left support for Arabic.

Known limitations

Automated checks cover only part of WCAG. Some third-party embedded content and dynamically generated scan results may not always meet every criterion; we review these areas as part of continuous monitoring. Our free scanner itself measures foundations, not full conformance — a distinction we publish openly in our methodology.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any oxvelo property, tell us and we will fix it promptly: info@oxvelo.com or 516-672-6907. We aim to respond within two business days.
